Motivational regulation strategies and learning strategies are two important factors that affect students' study efficiency.To study the development characteristics of junior middle school students' strategies of learning and motivational regulation; 365 junior middle school students of Shanxi province were administered motivational regulation strategies and study strategies questionnaire; To explore the relationship of motivational regulation strategies, learning strategies and classroom performance.According to three standard scores of the language, mathematics and foreign language, via the analysis, draw these conclusions:1. The different grade demonstrated significant different level of motivational regulation strategy. Gender, grade, town and countries were not significant in high performance group of motivational regulation strategies and study strategies. But in the low performance group, town and countries are significant.2. Performance was significant in motivational regulation strategies and study strategies, the high performance group had better strategies, the motivational regulation strategies and study strategies are significant, and the motivational regulation strategies, study strategies and classroom performance are significant.3. In five kinds of motivational regulation strategies, performance self-talk strategies demonstrated the best level, interest enhancement strategies level is worst.4. The study strategies can predict performance; the motivational regulation strategies affect performance via study strategies.
