Motivational self-regulation is an important part of the self-regulated learning, itis obviously different from the cognitive and metacognition of the self-regulatedlearning. Motivational self-regulation is mainly concerned with the learners in thecourse of study to the initiative to improve the degree of motivation level, and this isprecisely the degree can be through the effective strategy to regulate. high schoolstudents has certain stability than the junior high school students. For motivation levelalready has a self-regulation ability. Know the specific type of the high schoolstudents motivation regulation strategies,not only can enrich motivation regulationstrategies related theory,but also provides theory and guidance for the future highschool students motivation regulation research. This study first to carding the relevantliterature review, related concepts, related theory, the theoretical model, researchmethods and motivational self-regulation strategies research status are reviewed. Inthe small sample open mode based on the results of questionnaire survey, designedthe high school student motivation regulation strategy questionnaire, for high schoolstudents motivation regulation strategy related problems on a series of empiricalresearch, the main draw the following conclusion:1. High school students in learning tasks through use of a lot of motivationalself-regulation strategies, the most widely used is the performance self-talk,interestenhancement,mastery self-talk, ask value promotion, self rewards and punishment,environmental control and avoid failure seven strategies.2. According to the designed motor control strategy questionnaire, it is suitable forhigh school students group. After inspection, the questionnaire reliability and validityis good, can be used as the effective tool to survey to the high school students’motivational self-regulation strategies.3. High school students motivational self-regulation strategies and learning strategyuse because of gender, grade, academic performance differences between different.4. Motivational self-regulation strategies and learning strategy has a close relationshipbetween, motor control strategy can very good forecast the use of learning strategies.5. Motivational self-regulation strategies and learning strategies have an influence onthe academic achievement, performance self-talk strategy, interest enhancement anddeep learning strategy can positively predict academic achievement, and no strategybackward prediction academic achievement.
