Department instruction was born in the background of social dividing the work, science differentiation, social need, school education cultivating the people, school education seeking the science knowledge. It is a historical category. It has characters of systematicness, logicality, independence, simplification etc. It is agreed that the headstreams of department instruction are the old Greek "Seven Arts" (Grammar, Rhetoric, Dialectic, Arithmetic, Geometry, Chronometer, Music) and Chinese "Six Arts" (Ceremony, Music, Shoot, Drive, Letter, Arithmetic) .Department instruction sprouted in primitive society. It formed and developed in slave society. In the middle centuries in the west Europe, it reversed because of the role of the church. But at the same time in the east, the instruction was developed greatly. Afterwards the Renaissance came; it created the conditions for the development of the temporal education. In 1632, Johann Amos Comenius (1592-1670) wrote "Great Didactic" and the book gave a foundation of the recent times capitalism school curriculum range. In modern times, the relationship between the sciences of the technology became closely. To meet the needs of capitalist industry development, the school education reduced the curriculums of human curriculums and increased the science curriculum. But Chinese curriculum content still had the value guide of "ethic-politics" and thus fell behind. After 1960s, the information times came with the "knowledge explosion", the curriculum integration became obvious, department instruction was challenged.Subject differentiation was produced on the basis of the integration and the basis of integration is subject differentiation. In the practice of department instruction, because of the existence of "the doctrine of department instruction", people had some correct science image. And lost shape of "department instruction". On the one hand, the middle school gives arts and science department instruction early. Even the subjects are divided into "main subjects" and "subsidiary subjects " and it caused a hidden trouble of students' unilateral development and the phenomenon of partiality of subjects. On the other hand, the content of department instruction keeps away from the students' life world. The thoughts of teachers' "subject standard" cause the reality of "numerous, difficult, partial and old" . Because of the gulf of the subjects, the teachers of different subjects lack the communication and the teachers' professional development is limited.Therefore, we have to think about the previous department instruction and bring forward the innovation thoughts: (1) Curriculum: Tend to integration from department. The curriculum become integrated through the integration of subjects, children and curriculums as the standard of society. The integrated curriculums make up the deficiency of the subject curriculum. (2) Teacher: Move towards the teaching collective from the teaching individual. A subject teacher should have strong subject knowledge attainment, good collectivity spirit and cooperation consciousness. Next, the same subject different grades teachers and the same grade different subjects teachers should communicate and cooperate closely to enhance the teaching quality. (3) Teaching: Turn from seclusion to openness Teaching should face the reality of the students' life. We should seek the curriculum and teaching resources from the life. The subject teaching should be placed in the broad social life realm. We should strengthen the contact of subjects, society and life, hi the form of preparing for lessons, besides the collectivity preparing lessons, we should lead the collectivity preparing lessons of different subjects teachers and find the "teaching point" to cooperate to design the teaching plan creatively. In teaching evaluation, we should have multiple-evaluation visual angle. Besides, students' overall development is the loftiest principal.
