Research On Cultivation Of Students' Sports Humanism In Gmnastics Instruction Of Department Of Phsical Education At University In Shanxi Province

Based on the previous studies on humanism spirit, sports humanism spirit, curriculum design on gymnastic instruction, teching methods and teaching concepts, this thesis focuses on cultivation of students'sports humanism spirit in gymnastic instruction at universities in Shanxi Province by means of class observation, interviews and surveys from the gymnastic instruction angle, in hope of bringing inspiration and enlightenment to gymnastic instructors in the aspect of teaching concepts and practice. The results are as follows:1. the sport humanism spirit has a rich connotation and extension, at same time it hasimportant value. This value is embodied very comprehensive in setting of gymnastics course in physical education2. It is necessary to enhance the cultivation of students'sports humanism spirit which is relatively lacking at universities in Shanxi province. The cultivation of sport humanism spirit is the important way and means inI gymnastics teaching.3. The cultivation of sport humanism spirit contains two elements. On the one side, the ways of cultivation are including passing on the humanism concept of olympic spirit and inspring students experiencing this spirit; improving instructors'self-cultivation on sports humanism spirit; completing the teaching content so that students can better comprehend sports humanism spirit; improving students'initiative; cultivating students'sense of honor and achievements through kinds of competition; setting up gymnastics class culture; and letting the students knowing that fitness first and lifelong excercise,etc. On the other hand, it is the implimentation of the concrete teaching content, that is cultivating students'sports humanism spirit through different teaching methods.
