Study On Impetus Of Urban Community Construction Of Our Country

With the development of economy and society, people have been paid more and more attention on the function of urban community. To government, the community can bear the weight of a large number of community service functions and would be a proper base for its functions transformation. To society, the ultimate goal falls on an urban community construction oriented to self-governance, forming a social community essentially, contenting the subsistence and development of the inhabitants.This dissertation proceeds from the macroscopically background of social transition, focusing on the insufficiency of impetus in the course of urban community construction. Using the law of unity of opposites of dialectical materialism, demonstrating the two main impetuses--the government regulation and community self-governance, what's more the relationship between them, and the influence that they make to the community construction of our country. I think that government regulation provides a powerful impetus for our community construction, but it is not sufficient to achieve continual development. More abundant and persistent impetus is needed inside the community. The growth of motility inside the community, the reciprocity between the two impetuses, the combination of relative resource is necessary to enrich the impetus of community construction.In the introduction there are the background of this study, some relative concepts and theories that appear in following paper, the intention of this study.In the first part, I recount the course of our country's urban community construction, the achievement and experience of construction we have attained, summarize the problems we face currently.In the second part, discuss the role that city government play, the actuality of government's regulation and how to solve the existent problems.In the third part, discuss the role that self-governance form, Intermediary and party play respectively in the community construction. In order to realize the interplay and double-win between community and government, it isnecessary for the self-governance form itself to be stronger.Finally, I make conclusion that in the course of urban community construction, only when we recognize the resource inside or outside the community and combine the vigor of government, self-governance form, Intermediary, grass-root party or other else that can we promote the enterprise of community construction.
