Distance education can solve conflict between work and study for teachers, can meet individual demands of teachers, and can overcome the shortage of resources in teacher education, so it becomes the important ways of current teacher education. But when scanning the teacher education from 1995 to 2005, we can find that these education forms still focus on the popularization education of course reforms and subjects knowledge through online courses. Due to contents' lacking pertinence, ideas' lagging behind, ways' singleness and deviating form practice, the distance education ways above mentioned can not solve the actual problem in instructions practice, so the educational efficiency and effect failed to improvement.GROUP DYNAMICS commits to the study of the actions in groups and groups actions aim at facilitating the groups function and improve the effect of groups for individuals and society. Firstly, Basing on the study of group dynamics, the thesis designs the construction model of online knowledge community. Next, the thesis concludes the criterion of online knowledge community. Consequently according to the study of above production, the thesis evaluates and ponders the project and brings forward the favorable organizing and constructing strategies in actual project of distance education for teachers. Basing on the case study and evaluation conclusion, the thesis designs the Group Dynamic Support System for building the communication circumstance without obstructions and pressures, the author hopes the GDSS can facilitate the learner to construct the knowledge system actively and rebuild the mental model, and realize the continuing professional development at last.
