Research purposes: the PE teachers' professional development must rely on the good cooperation interactive mechanism and professional growth environment,group cooperation can effectively brings personal creativity and inspire teachers education wisdom,thus integrating knowledge and teaching ability unceasingly,achieve the purpose of self improvement,the emergence of the PE teachers' learning community group cooperation development provides a good opportunity for PE teachers,its focus on dialogue and exchanges between the physical education teachers,attaches great importance to the study group.The thesis mainly focuses on the following questions: What is the learning community of PE teachers? What is the enlightenment of group dynamics theory to the development of physical education teachers' learning community? How to understand the PE teachers' learning community development from the perspective of group dynamics? What is the current situation of PE teachers' learning community?What are the problems?Literature,questionnaire,interview,case study and other research methods were used.After reading,combing the literature at home and abroad,studies the specific direction and framework,using the method of questionnaire investigation,interview to participate in physical education teachers learning community physical education teachers to investigate a line,which is described by mathematical statistics on the results of the survey statistics,and finally USES case study method,the selected "Kim sports researches in network BBS,and further depict the sports teachers' learning community development.Through the study,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)physical education teachers learning community as an important platform for the development,physical education teachers in effectively promote sports teachers' professional development,the current physical education teachers learning community types mainly include: sports discipline group,famous BBS network development studios,physical education teachers,university PE teachers development community,etc.(2)The theory of group dynamics provides a theoretical basis for the operation and development of PE teachers' learning community,which is mainly reflected in the causes,components,roles of members,sources of learning content(knowledge)and learning metaphors,etc.On this basis,a theoretical model of group development of PE teachers' learning community is constructed.(3)the sports teacher learning community in the operation and the problems existing in the development process mainly reflects in: sports teachers' individual goals and vision dislocation,PE teachers learning community group interaction between group is given priority to with one-way transmission,sports teachers' learning community group activities to the administrative authority dominated,the articles of association of the sports teachers' learning community group system update delay,etc.(4)As a network development forum for physical education teachers,"Jing PE" forum has the characteristics of large number of participants,convenient ways of participation and rich communication resources.The group dynamics of "Jing PE" forum are mainly reflected in the following aspects: large scale,false participation,weak emotional connection and other problems that hinder group cohesion;The group driving force is driven by independent participation,leading by famous teachers and thematic discussion activities.System rules,incentive mechanism,publication of excellent achievements and other links constrain group dissipation.(5)based on the above problems in the process of physical education teachers learning community development of the carding and analysis,respectively from based on group as driving force,enhance group cohesion,to reduce the dissipative force and so on three levels is put forward under the group dynamics perspective,the development of physical education teachers learning community strategy,aims to promote the operation and development of PE teachers' learning community better.
