With the growing demand for innovative talents and the rapid development of network technology,people gradually turn to the study environment to the network.The network learning community,which is based on the online learning platform,has become a hot issue in the research of educational technology.The network learning community surpasses the limitation of time and space,and brings together the people concerned with the common theme,which greatly facilitates the learning and communication between people.For college students,extracurricular participation in all kinds of network learning communities is an effective way to improve self and pursue professional development.However,there are many problems in the community,such as low community vitality and poor adhesive mechanism.In group dynamics theory,the study on college students participating in the online group when the power source and its operating mechanism,put forward the corresponding strategies to improve the members in the network learning activities and active participation,give full play to the members of personality,can improve the negative situation to a certain extent,promote the development of the community.This study for college students,based on digital media arts students,for example,by means of network technology and network platform,public service resources,to the community college students' network learning carried out research on the construction of application research and practice level theoretical model.Based on the theoretical framework and dynamic mechanism of group dynamics,this study provides a new breakthrough point for the construction of the network learning community.The main contents of the research are as follows: 1.The definition of related concepts and theoretical carding.First of all,introduce the "learning community" and "group dynamics theory" concept,connotation,combing with "group dynamics" and "learning community" at the same time as the keywords of domestic and foreign literature,the research of the two points and puts forward the research topic of this research.Secondly,the theory of distributed cognition and learning ecology,which provides theoretical guidance for this research,and the inspiration of each theory to this research are elaborated,which provides theoretical support for the research.2.we analyze the connotations and characteristics of College Students' online learning community from the perspective of group dynamics.3.The construction of the network learning community model and the design and development of the supporting platform.Based on the theory of group dynamics and based on the elements and construction process of online learning community,a theoretical model of online learning community based on group dynamic mechanism is designed.Meanwhile,the dynamic mechanism and power guarantee strategy of theoretical models are discussed.After the theoretical model into practice model,and use the DeDeCMS and software development practice platform.4.The Practice of E-learning Community and Analysis of Model Validity.Develop learning activities in the “University Students Online Learning Community” developed on the basis of the theoretical model,and test the effectiveness of learning.In group dynamics theory,this study constructed at the theoretical level is conducive to the promotion of group knowledge sharing,network learning community model groups play a positive role,in practice in accordance with the practice of learning platform model has been designed the idea and carried out a series of practical activities.The practice shows that the theoretical model and the development platform proposed in this study are effective.In spite of the lack of time and personal capabilities,the design of online learning community model and platform can achieve initial research ideas and intentions,but there are still many problems.For example,the theoretical analysis is not enough,the model is not perfect enough;the function of the learning platform needs to be further expanded.The future research work will be carried out around the lack of research in order to improve the applicability of the model and the perfection of the platform.
