Teachers' knowledge is individual, not easily repreasented, and only can be developed in some special situation, so it should be defined as tacit knowledge. It is of great importance of the teachers' tacit knowledge and its explicity, and it's a new viewpoint of teacher's knowledge management.The online community of teachers' professional development is a good place for teachers' knowledge transformation. Based on the observation of some web-based classes, it is found that similar patterns showed in the whole class and different groups. This research tries to explore the pattern and whether it coincidences with the Spiral of Knowledge Transmit.The data of this research is collected from a web-based class of CNU. The learners were devided in 6 groups, and the group chat is my main data. Firstly, based on content analysis research method, all dialogues are classified into several types. Then the statistical analysis and qualitative analysis showed a whole course of instructional design based on cognitive apprenticeship. In the course, it is found that teacher's knowledge was created when the learners designing and reflecting in the online community. So it was conconcluded in a schematic diagram of knowledge transmit.
