To research and construct the new relationship is necessary request to promote the innovation of classroom teaching and advance the quality of teaching. At present, the change of educational thought and idea as well as the transformation of teaching content and methods, or propulsion of the new curriculum and improve of the quality of teaching all achieve educational aims depending on interaction and company between teachers and students.In this thesis,I do a comprehensive analysis and put forward the game of constructing the new relationship between teachers and students by using the method of literature questionnaire investigate, experimentation and mathematical statistics.It is abstractly important and practical valuable for putting forward a action strategy to constructing the new relationship between teachers and students while in the process of the implementation of the new curriculum.In this experimentation, the subject investigated include 90 students : 57 boys and 43 girls, and two female P. E teachers , one 29 years old and one 27, one male PE teacher(26)of Grade 1 of Liao cheng No1 high School were searched at random, ten weeks of teaching were conducted them.(1) It is feasible to establish a new teacher-student relation in P. E. of the high school. The teachers must respect and understand the students in any case.(2) It is effective to exercise in the experimental group. After experiment, the P of the score of Teacher—Student Scale are all less 0.05, there are significance level.(3)The score of Teacher—Student Scale in experimental group less than control group' s, analysis by depth, we will could find the p is less 0. 05, it has place significance level transformation in experimental group, and is superior to control group of a evaluation on all contents.(4) It is more effective to exercise in male student than female student after experimentation controlling . The result show male student make friends with teacher is easier than famale , as a result, P<0. 05, thereare significance .(5) Evaluation of items in experimental group and control group , the experimental group the score of A on teacher—student relation score reveal the relation turn nervous to little nervous, and put T to the test , we find p is less 0. 05, the transformation is very clarly. In B-item Mean let 4±2 down 1±3, it suggest more easier closly than the reference group. C-item is on the status issue between teachers and students, pass to 10 weeks teaching , have a T-test , p less 0.01. there are high significance .
