The classroom teaching equality is the specific expression of education equality in the micro-field,This study makes the relevant theories of multiple intelligences,pedagogy and the relevant theories of other disciplines,educational thoughts as the theory support,This paper redefine the concepts and principles of the classroom teaching equality. This definition not only concerns the whole class of students and outstanding student groups but also relates to the emotional experience of students and potency,making up for the shortcomings of previous studies,the research has exceeded and developed the previous studies.In the course of the study,researchers in-depth selected rural and urban schools,focused on the classroom study of second-year junior high school,combined with the teachers,students interviews and survey forms,from the macro level to analysis the fairness principle proposed by this study,profoundly revealed many unfair phenomenon in the course of classroom teaching. from the middle level to simply compare analyze the data obtained from classroom study and make a differences test. The results show that teachers in the classroom teaching process in treatment of different positions,accomplishments,character,location,preferences of students demonstrated difference in the classroom questions,classroom praise,classroom criticism. At the micro level ,the students at risk selected by study show that these unfair phenomena are more prominent on the disadvantaged groups. Through the statistical analysis of the students survey data and differences test showed that different positions,accomplishments,characters,locations,preferences of the students believe that there are varying degrees of differences. such as"the degree of difficulty,acquired knowledge,happy extent,teacher fairness in the process of classroom teaching".The existence of these differences to some extent indicate that the existence of the unfair phenomena in classroom teaching.The research has found that the existing teacher evaluation system,the distribution of educational resources,the quality of teachers,the family factors and objective conditions constraint the implementation of fairness of the classroom teaching .so this paper put forward a number of targeted strategies from construction of a reasonable teacher evaluation system,reasonable distribution of teaching resources,improving teacher quality,tightening up the system construction and teaching experimental research aspectsThis paper attempts to reveal unfair phenomenon of classroom teaching,and then cause teachers and the community to pay more attention to seek way of changing classroom teaching unfairness,so that every student obtains high-quality,equitable education.
