At present, the problem students has been paid social universal attention, especially under the new background of elementary education reforming the problem students are growing increasingly, which not only will bring the hidden danger to national and society's sustainable development, but also will bring every family and every student the loss that might not be made up. Looking over the researches to the problem students, only from the aspect of the family, school or society isolated, although it refers to the reason which the problem students produced, this only sees the superficial phenomenon. At the same time, because the correlated researches receive the thoughts of essential principle for a long time, it lacks the understanding of the complexity, the sociality and the dynamic to the problem students'producing, which caused this research still not to obtain the unprecedented progress.This research tries from the view of theory of the social construction principles and takes the interaction between the teachers and students as the basic point, and it also interweaves the society, the family and the school together on the problem students, then it will demonstrate its construction process through the process of the teachers and students dominant interaction and the recessive interaction. Thus this research uses qualitative research methods to study, through the microscopic case analysis and the explanation to analyze the internal dynamic process which the problem students constructed. The intermediate perspective of the society, family and school has changed over to the face-to-face interaction between the teachers and students. During the interaction between the teachers and students, it indexes to those the different factors - education capital. Thus the problem students'construction is a result which many kinds of strengths and factors affect together, which is caused by the uneven capital division, but the habitus makes the problem students in the process of further developing. The revelation of the fact aims to promote the teachers'practical reconsidering and human caring for the problem students, and reminders to the researchers of education from the theory of"grand words"to deduce concern"marginal"life-world.The theory of social construction principle ,that is the thought of counter-essence, contains this kind of idea that any existing"facts","truth","things"…all become their own through the interaction with the social factors and there are no"first", immutable nature."Problem students"is the result of social constructivism.This research uses the qualitative research methods. The researcher has entered the real research scene and experienced the real life of studying objects; at the same time in the course of the study, researchers are between"insider"and"outsider",then build the"interpretative understanding"to the study of life stories and significance.This research divides into five parts; the introduction part indicates the reason, perspective and methods of research. The first and second parts explain the building process of problem students from the explicit and implicit interaction between teachers and students. The third part from the theoretical reflection, points out that the"problem students"construction is a combination of factors generating. The conclusion proposes the idea of humanistic concerns as the following-up study primers.
