The Study Of Development Of Normal Education In Modern Germany

Since the emergence of normal education, it has contributed greatly to the development of all levels of Education. With the development of science Technology, international competition becoming more and more drastic and the demand for professionals becomes more and more urgent. Normal education plays a more and more important role in the development of society for its outstandingly enhancing the quality of professionals. The study on teacher education has become one hot issue on the domestic and oversea education research. In this thesis, by taking Germany as an instance, both the historical characteristics and developmental rule of German normal education, by systematic research on the formation and development of German normal education, have been opened out and used for the reference of pushing the development of our normal education.This thesis includes four parts except preface and conclusion.The first part (from the end of 17~th Century to the beginning of 20th Century): the establishment and finalization of German normal education. German normal education came into being in Prussia at the end of 17~th Century. After about two centuries' development it had basically become systematic and rigorous normal education System until the end of 19~th century and the beginning of 20th century.The Second Part (from the beginning of 20th century to the last 80s of 20~th Century): the development of German normal education. During this period the normal education had been adaptable for the demand of German production and the development of Sciences and Technology and taken on high level, multiplex and exoteric developmental trend.The Third Part (from the 1990s till now): the further perfection of German normal education.
