| The 21th century is a century of sciential economy. The educational competition represents the national power competition among the nations. Among those factors impacting the educational competition, the management for teachers is a factor not to be ignored. With the development of economy, the higher vocational education has made great progress in china. So at the present time, how to enhance the management for teachers according to the theory of managing psychology becomes the major subject many higher vocational colleges are researching.This thesis includes 6 sections: preface, level theory of Needs; the research of the level theory of Needs in the practice of teachers' need; the need the feature of higher vocational college teachers ; Maslow's level theory of Needs in the Management of higher Vocational colleges teachers; and concluding remarks.The preface introduces the origin of the higher vocational colleges, the development of it at now, point out the problem brought in the management of higher vocational colleges teachers; The first secsection gives full discussion on Maslow's theory and a detailed introduction of the development of theory;The second part not only summarizes the application of level theory of Needs in the research on teachers' needs in universities and adult colleges, but also puts forward that it has theoretical and practical significance using level theory of Needs in the research of higher vocational college teachers' need.The third section emphasizes the need and the feature of higher vocational college teachers;The fourth section presents specific and feasible approaches by integrating the feature of higher vocational college teachers with the theory;The last section is the concluding remarks. The author talks about the experience in writing this thesis, and proposes that the manager should pay more attention to teachers' material and mental need for the sake of arousing the enthusiasm of teachers.
