As an important part of higher education institutions,higher vocational colleges undertake the task of systematic Marxist theory education for higher vocational students.Ideological and political theory courses inevitably become the main channel for ideological and political education for higher vocational students.Optimizing the management of ideological and political theory courses will help guide college students to firmly believe in Marxism and socialism,raise the consciousness of teachers'curriculum management and promote the professional development of teachers.It will be good for the realization of the educational goals of higher vocational colleges,be beneficial to promote the innovative development of ideological and political education and meet the needs of the comprehensive improvement and development of the overall qualities of socialist students in the new era.Therefore,the study of ideological and political theory course management in higher vocational colleges has become an important task for higher vocational colleges nowadays.Based on the theory of systematical management theory and curriculum management,from the perspective of curriculum management,combining curriculum management with ideological and political theory curriculum reform,with the current status of implementation of ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges as a starting point,this study selects two professional colleges of Guangdong as the objects of investigation.This paper analyzes the present situation of ideological and political theory course management in higher vocational colleges by the means of literature data,questionnaire survey,observation and interview.Through combing and summarizing the results of questionnaire survey and interview,we can understand the present situation of ideological and political theory course management in higher vocational colleges,explore the problems and shortcomings in the management concept,implementation process,and evaluation system of ideological and political theory courses,analyze and discuss the reasons for this.And on the basis of better practice of Guangdong H Vocational College,we strive to put forward some perfect countermeasures in a targeted way.It is helpful to further improve the ideological and political course management of college students and provide reference for other higher vocational colleges to carry out ideological and political education research.After the in-depth investigation and analysis,this study concluded that the current management consciousness of the ideological and political theory curriculum is weak and lacks the actual operation of curriculum management;In the course of ideological and political theory course management in higher vocational colleges,teaching management is the content,and student examination is the orientation;Lack of perfect curriculum management evaluation system,teachers 'curriculum behavior and professional development is short of effective guarantee.The effective promotion of students' overall qualities is short of evaluation standards.Based on the analysis of the existing problems and reasons of ideological and political theory course management in higher vocational colleges,this study suggests that the subject should strengthen management consciousness of the ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges,clarify the management responsibility of managers and participants,construct the course management system of ideological and political theory,and form a long-term mechanism,pay attention to the comprehensive development of students and optimize the evaluation mechanism of ideological and political theory course management.
