| On March 29,2019 the policy“The advice on implementing the construction plan of high-level Chinese characteristic higher vocational schools and major”(Department of Vocational and Adult Education [2019] No.5)issued by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Finance indicated that we should comprehensively improve the quality of vocational education,innovation and improve the management system of vocational college“Double-qualified”teachers,perfect the school-enterprise training system of“Double-qualified”teachers,create high levels of“Double-qualified”teachers.On August30,the Ministry of Education and other four departments issued the Plan “On the Implementation Plan for Deepening the Reform of the Construction of "Double-qualified" Teachers in Vocational Education in the New Era((Teacher [2019] No.6)),which further clarified the goal and realization means of the construction of "Double-qualified" teachers.From the point of the present actual situation,through continuous exploration and development in higher vocational colleges,the teacher training,the construction of "Double-qualified" teachers system aspects indeed has obtained certain achievements,to a certain extent,improve the quality of higher vocational college teachers both in level and professional ability,but there are still some problems and shortcomings,for example in the ure attaches great importance to the theoretical knowledge in the process of training and ignore the designed the cultivation of practice ability;The lack of school-enterprise cooperation depth cannot guarantee the depth and quality of enterprise practice under“Double-qualified” teachers,which affects the effectiveness of the construction of“ Double-qualified ” teachers in higher vocational colleges,thus hindering the improvement of competitiveness of higher vocational colleges.Current higher vocational college“Double-qualified”teachers present structure unreasonable,single source,the phenomenon such as heavy teaching tasks,teachers team construction in structure adjustment and the“Double-qualified” teacher training,university-enterprise cooperation,system construction,as well as the problem,both social and business reasons,also have colleges their own reasons.Therefore,we can solve the problems existing in the construction of "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges from four aspects: giving full play to the guiding role of local government policies,innovating the management system of teachers in higher vocational colleges,perfecting the system of school-enterprise cooperation in training “Double-qualified”teachers.Through strengthening the construction of “Double-qualified” teachers,in the context of the“Double-high plan”this new era requirements,improve the quality level and professional ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges,enhance the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges. |
