Job burnout is just like a sudden virus that has become the most harmful factor of the teaching profession.It will affect the physical and mental health of teachers,but also affect the healthy development of students and even the sustainable development of the whole education industry.Focusing on higher vocational colleges,the study on job burnout of teachers majoring in tourism management is still relatively vacant.Compared with teachers majoring in tourism management of other disciplines or undergraduates,job burnout of tourism management teachers in higher vocational colleges has its particularity.In terms of enrollment,students are at different levels,with low learning interest and ability.Vocational education should focus on both theoretical teaching and practical skills,which brings more challenges to daily teaching.In terms of employment,the professional employment rate is lower than the national average employment rate of vocational students,and the posts are basically front-line service posts.The recognition degree of graduates is low.The minimum correlation between the employment and major of tourism in 2018 is only 51%?This study takes teachers majoring in tourism management in higher vocational colleges as the research object,puts forward the adjustment methods to alleviate job burnout by developing psychological capital level,and mainly discusses the following questions:(1)What is the status quo of job burnout of teachers majoring in tourism management in higher vocational colleges?Are there demographic differences?(2)What is the status of psychological capital of teachers majoring in tourism management in vocational colleges?How does it relate to job burnout?(3)Is it effective to develop teachers' psychological capital to alleviate job burnout?How to develop psychological capital?In order to clarify the above problems,this paper discusses the overall level of job burnout and psychological capital of teachers majoring in tourism management in higher vocational colleges,as well as the interaction between the two,verifies the effectiveness of developing psychological capital to alleviate the adjustment of job burnout,and puts forward specific adjustment strategies accordingly.The research process and technical route are as follows:on the basis of literature review,the concepts and dimensions of teachers' job burnout and psychological capital are defined;According to the interview results,the composition dimension of vocational tourism management teachers' job burnout was verified,and then the scale was revised and passed the pre-survey test.Through questionnaires,this paper analyzes the relationship between job burnout,overall level of psychological capital of teachers majoring in tourism management in vocational colleges and the two.Then,by means of case consultation,this paper examines the effectiveness of developing psychological capital in alleviating teachers' job burnout,and puts forward countermeasures to adjust vocational tourism teachers' job burnout.Through empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Teachers majoring in tourism management in vocational colleges have mild job burnout,among which emotional exhaustion is the most serious,followed by low personal achievement,and depersonalization is relatively low.Demographic factors except education and job burnout have no significant relationship,other factors have significant differences.(2)The psychological capital level of teachers majoring in tourism management in higher vocational colleges at the present stage is above the average level.Except for marital status and optimism,there is no significant relationship between educational background and self-efficacy and toughness,and there are significant differences in other factors.(3)Job burnout of teachers majoring in tourism management in vocational colleges is negatively correlated with psychological capital.(4)The adjustment mode of developing the four dimensions of psychological capital plays a positive role in promoting the reduction of job burnout level of teachers majoring in tourism in vocational colleges.In conclusion,the main innovation points of this study lies in:on the research content,focus on the adjustment of the higher vocational tourism management professional teachers' job burnout,get rid of the predominantly negative psychological thought Angle of view for a long time,pay attention to the development of teachers'positive psychological capital,compared with previous studies of teachers' occupational tiredness breakthrough;In research idea,the main use is statistical analysis technique and questionnaire survey,supplemented by literature research method,interview method,case consultation and other methods,in an effort to achieve the unification of theory and empirical evidence,so that the research results have both academic value and practical value.In the research conclusion,it is affirmed that the development of the four dimensions of psychological capital is an effective way to adjust the job burnout of teachers majoring in tourism management in higher vocational colleges,and based on this,feasible countermeasures are put forward,which provides a certain reference and basis for the scientific and effective use of psychological capital to reduce the job burnout of teachers majoring in tourism management in higher vocational colleges.The main limitation lies in that the sampling scope needs to be further improved;The theoretical depth of the research content needs to be further deepened;The longitudinal follow-up study of case intervention needs to be strengthened.
