Recent evidence show that aerobic exercise significantly improves body performance, and enhances health state. However, it is unknown about time and periods of aerobic exercise. The present study is design to explore the effect of time and periods of aerobic exercise on body performance by testing blood and body indexes. The menthod: experiment was divided two parts: 1) there is 45 female of common and healthy undergraduate taking part in voluntarily. They were divided into three groups: the control group, the 60min group and 120min group. The study mensurated indexes following: quiet HR, vital capacity, heart index, serum Ig(IgG, IgA, IgM) density, circumference, waistline, hipline, thickness of sebum, grip, back power, the one foot stand, 50 meters run, 800 meters run, sign to lie to support, body of station bent, circumrotate of shoulder, sit-up etc before and after experiment. And making compare and analyzes among group and withingroup before and after, then, probing into influence of the different duration aerobic exercise on female undergraduate constitution and some immune index, and pertinence of different indexes. 2): 15 male of common and healthy undergraduate taking part in voluntarily, as a group of experimental subjects, were carried on the football sport in two periods of different duration (60min, 120min). Measuring the blood cell and blood cell index under following status: quiet, immediateness after sports and 24h after sports in twice sports, making comparison and analysis. Probing into the influence of different duration aerobic exercise on blood cell and blood cell index of male undergraduate. The result:1) After the different duration aerobic exercise for 8 weeks, static HR of female undergraduate was declined and right adaptation during the whole experiment. Static HR has hoist trend at 4th week. After experiment, the HR's improvement in 60min group is better than in 120min group, the improvement of vital capacity and HR index in 120min group is better than 60min group.2) After the different duration aerobic exercise for 8 weeks, thickness of sebum of the 60min and 120min group was declined. The 60min group is higher than 120mingroup in the drop of three scalp pleats of the leather pleat and the nether of shoulder blade; the 120min group is higher than 60min in the drop of the leather pleat of belly. There are not obvious change in the bust, waistline and buttocks.3) After the different duration aerobic for 8 weeks, the diathesis of 60min group in 800m achievement, grip, back power, the one foot stand, body of station bent etc, raised remarkable(P<0.05); the diathesis of 120min group in 800m achievement, set-up, the one foot stand, grip etc raised remarkable (P<0.05); the 120min group is higher than 60min group in the diathesis enhance of 800m achievement , close eye form foot set up , sit-ups , right-handgrip , etc.4) After the different duration aerobic for 8 weeks, female undergraduate have advance tendency in IgG, IgA and IgM. 60min group, IgG's increases in 60min group is remarkable (P<0.05), which is higher than 120min group notably (P<0.05). IgA of 120min group is higher than group 60min; IgG of 60min group is higher than 120min group.5) The influence of different duration aerobic on the blood of male undergraduate, (l)60minimmediateness, WBC, NEUT, MXD, LYM, RBC, MCHC, HGB, RDW, PDW, MPV and P-LCR have drop trend. HCT has no change. MCV, MCH and PLT have ascendant trend. 120minimmediateness, WBC, MXD, LYM, RBC, HCT, HGB and PLT have drop trend. NEUT, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW, PDW, MPV and P-LCR have rise tendency. In these aspects of RBC, HCT, HGB, LYM, PLT, 60min is higher than 120min immediateness. 120min is higher than 60 min immediateness in the factors of MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW, WBC, NEUT, MXD, PDW, MPV, P-LCR. (2)60min resumes, RBC, MCV, MCH, HGB, RDW and PLT are higher than the quiet level, HCT has no change, MCHC has continuous drop trend.
