PurposesThe preliminary investigation of this study found that compared with normal people,compulsory isolation drug addicts have significant problems such as susceptibility to diseases,low immunity,physical decline,and poor sleep quality,which to a large extent directly affect their rehabilitation effects.Currently,sports detoxification has been recognized as the main direction of green detoxification and a potential model for treating drug dependence due to its advantages of safety,economy,universality,stability,and no side effects.Therefore,this study adopts the combined strength training model of "Ten Bird Plays" to conduct a12-week exercise intervention for forcibly isolated drug addicts,to observe the impact of this exercise mode on their humoral immunity,physique,and sleep quality,as well as their correlation,so as to provide empirical research for "effective means to improve the quality of drug treatment",and contribute to promoting the work of exercise drug treatment.MethodSeventy-eight male compulsory isolation drug addicts who met the experimental criteria were recruited from the first compulsory isolation drug treatment center in Kaifeng City and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 in the experimental intervention group and 28 in the control group.The control group did not receive any intervention,but only conducted daily exercises in the detoxification center.In addition to daily aerobic exercises,the experimental group received a 12-week intervention of ten bird games and strength training,five days a week,twice a day,lasting for one hour each time.Before and after the experiment,both groups used the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)for psychological evaluation,and measured physical fitness indicators(including height,weight,sitting forward flexion,grip strength,vertical jump,eye closed single leg standing,step index,vital capacity,and selective reaction time).Venous blood samples were taken to test immunoglobulin IgA,IgM,and IgG indicators.Finally,based on the above test results,correlation analysis and intermediary effect analysis were conducted between indicators such as humoral immunity,physique,and sleep.Results1.Analysis results of humoral immune indicators: Before the experiment,there was no significant difference in various humoral immune indicators between the two groups of subjects,which was comparable.After the experiment,the indicators of IgA,IgM,and IgG in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.01).In the experimental group,the indicators of IgA,IgM,and IgG after the experiment were significantly higher than those before the experiment(p<0.01).In the control group,there were no significant changes in all indicators before and after the experiment(p>0.05).2.Analysis results of physical fitness indicators: Before the experiment,there was no significant difference in the level of physical fitness indicators between the two groups of subjects,which was comparable.After the experiment,the levels of body weight,sitting forward flexion,grip strength,vertical jump,and single leg standing with eyes closed in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.01).There was no significant difference in step index,vital capacity,and selective reaction time between the experimental group and the control group(p>0.05).In the experimental group,the levels of body weight,sitting forward flexion,grip strength,vertical jump,and single leg standing with eyes closed after the experiment were significantly higher than those before the experiment(p<0.01).There was no significant difference in step index,vital capacity,and selective reaction time between the experimental group and those before the experiment(p>0.05).There was no significant change in the physical indicators of the control group before and after the experiment(p>0.05).3.Sleep quality analysis results: Before the experiment,there was no significant difference in sleep quality between the two groups of subjects,which was comparable.After the experiment,the total score of sleep,sleep quality,time to fall asleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,and daytime dysfunction components in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.01).There was no significant difference between the sleep disorders and sleep drugs and the control group(p>0.05).In the experimental group,after the experiment,the total sleep score,sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficiency,and daytime dysfunction components were significantly higher than before the experiment(p<0.01).There was no significant difference between sleep disorders and sleep drugs compared to before the experiment(p>0.05).There was no significant change in the control group before and after the experiment(p>0.05).4.Results of correlation analysis of physical fitness,humoral immunity,and sleep indicators.Before intervention,longitudinal jump correlated with vital capacity(r=0.465),longitudinal jump correlated with grip strength(r=0.499),and longitudinal jump correlated with step index(r=0.343);The longitudinal jump was correlated with IgA(r=0.369),and the longitudinal jump was correlated with IgG(r=0.301);Vital capacity was correlated with grip strength(r=0.573);Grip strength correlated with reaction time(r=-0.282);Grip strength was correlated with step index(r=0.330);Grip strength was correlated with IgM(r=0.301);The reaction time was correlated with the total score of sleep(r=0.333);IgA was correlated with IgG(r=0.366);IgM was correlated with IgG(r=0.323).After intervention,body weight was associated with longitudinal jump(r=-0.325);Body weight correlated with grip strength(r=0.350);Vertical jump was associated with sitting forward flexion(r=0.461);Vertical jump was correlated with vital capacity(r=0.323);Vertical jump was correlated with grip strength(r=0.467);Longitudinal jump was correlated with IgA(r=0.396);Longitudinal jump was correlated with IgG(r=0.354);Single leg standing with closed eyes was associated with sitting forward flexion(r=0.340);Grip strength was correlated with IgM(r=0.334).Grip strength was correlated with total sleep score(r=-0.421);The reaction time was correlated with the total score of sleep(r=0.387);IgA was correlated with IgG(r=0.392);IgA was correlated with total sleep score(r=-0.330);IgM was correlated with IgG(r=0.395).5.Sleep quality plays a partial mediating role between grouping and humoral immunity,with a 95%confidence interval of [0.115,0.648].Conclusion1.12 weeks of combined strength training with "Ten Birds Play" can significantly improve the level of humoral immune function and enhance the immune ability of male compulsory isolation and detoxification personnel.2.The combined strength training of "Ten Birds Play" for 12 weeks can significantly improve the physical health level of male drug addicts in compulsory isolation,specifically manifested in the improvement of sitting posture,forward flexion,grip strength,vertical jump,and single leg standing with eyes closed,but has no significant effect on improving respiratory ability and reaction ability.3.12 weeks of combined strength training with "Ten Bird Plays" can significantly improve the sleep level of male compulsory isolation drug addicts,specifically in terms of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,daytime dysfunction,and total sleep score.4.According to the correlation analysis of physique,humoral immunity and sleep indicators,the higher the longitudinal jump,the higher the vital capacity,grip strength,step index,IgA and IgG before intervention;The higher the vital capacity,the greater the grip strength,the higher the step index,IgM,the shorter the reaction time,and the lower the total sleep score;The higher the IgG,the higher the IgA and IgM.After the intervention,the higher the body weight,the greater the grip strength,and the lower the vertical jump,sitting forward flexion,vital capacity,grip strength,IgA,IgG;The longer you stand on one foot with closed eyes,the higher the forward bending of the sitting position;The greater the grip strength,the higher the IgM;The higher the total score of sleep,the longer the reaction time,and the lower the grip strength and IgA;The higher the IgG,the higher the IgA and IgM.5.Sleep quality plays a partial mediating role between grouping and humoral immunity,indicating that the combination of ten bird games and strength training can improve the sleep quality of male compulsory isolation and detoxification personnel,thereby improving their humoral immunity.
