The Theoretical Analysis And Experiment On Opening The Subject Of Out-word Bound For P-E Education Major Students In College

Out-ward bound is a specialized and challenged subject which is designed specially, makes use of all kinds of typical surroundings and action method, lets the team and the individual experience a set of trials to train their perseverance for overcoming the difficulties, to raise their healthy psychological making and active attitude toward life and to strengthen the cooperative and collective sense. Out-ward bound is adaptability to society of college students and can train their comprehensive making. Out-ward bound is open to all the students according to the character of the students to let them join in it and improve creativities of them through practical study and practice. As it takes body training as guidance, regards psychology challenge as the main task, it can improve body ability of the college students, raise healthy psychology, build firm will, and raise cooperative sense, collective spirit and adaptability to society. Meanwhile, as P.E-education major students grasp the training technology and method of out-ward bound, they can raise more qualified talents for the modernization construction of socialism. The thesis takes the grade-two students of P.E-education major in Institute of Physical Education of Henan University as the study target, to make theoretical analysis and experimental study on the opening of out-ward bound for P.E-education major students using the bill of document, the bill of investigation, the bill of test and the bill of statistics, and put forward the suggestions to open out-ward bound in institute of physical education, and draw the primary conclusions as follows: The opening of out-ward bound for P.E-education major students in college embodies the new idea of modern education.the opening of out-ward bound for P.E-education major students in college is confirmed to the tendency of subject reforming .This way we find It's necessary to take out-ward bound as the major subject of P.E-education major students in college.Throngh the study ,we find it's manaftable in the aspects of teachers .training field and instruments .textbook and so on,to open out-ward bound for P.E-education major students in college.
