The Theoretical Analysis And Demonstration Research On Introducing Outward Bound Into P.E Of University

Along with peoples'worry and reflection about the debasing of healthy fitness and the increasing of psychology question of the university man ,the goal of the PE has greatly changed in these years. It had changed from teaching the basic knowledge,techniques and skills of the sports to develop the students'physical fitness,psychological well-being and social capability, then to the new whole education goal in the new subject of health and physical education involving sport participant,sport skills and techniques,physical fitness,psychology well-being and social skills This new education goal is an embodiment of the comprehensive and multiplex value and function of PE. We can conclude that the PE educator more and more pay attention to the new scopes of psychology well-being and social skills from the evolvement of the PE expectation .This paper will dissertate and study a new subject ---Outward Bound that is a creative education mode---experiential learning that uses body activity as measure and carrier,takes psychology challenge as the main task, with game activity as organizing form,in order to develop personal potential and social teamwork spirit.It has greatly more influence and function for the students'growth and developing than the traditional education mode.So outward bound can embodiment and meets the comprehensive and multiplex value and function of the PE, supplement the weaknesses of the traditional PE in cultivating the student psychology capability,adversity intelligence quotient,social responsibility,endurance,cooperative spirit,collective awareness and so on.This paper mostly study and analyse outward bound that takes the contemporary psychology and education as basic theory from the academic point of view including its origin,evolvement history,characteristic,category,function,teaching mode and theory basic. Through this studying and analyzing, we can conclude that introducing the subject of outward bound into the PE of university is feasibility.This paper also study and analyse outward bound from the Demonstration research including questionnaire investigation and real teaching experience,we can conclude that outward bound is very liked by the university student ,it can adapt the students needs of healthy growth, it can achieve the goals of the new subject of health and physical education, so it will be introduced and opened in university PE in lately years .At the last paper,through studying and teaching experience for many years,author puts forward some countermeasures about how to introduce and open in university PE,in order to offer some useful ways for introducing and opening of outward bound in university. Meanwhile, if we could learn and introduce the education theory,experiential learning theory,teaching technique of outward bound into our traditional PE, we would enhance highly our effect of PE .This is the paper primary meaning and goal.
