Experimental Research On Inquiring Teaching Mode In Out Ward Bound Class

In recent years,the teaching of physical education in Colleges and universities has been developing constantly,and the inquiry teaching model has attached more and more importance to the cultivation of creative talents.As an important component of the basic education reform,inquiry based teaching mode has received extensive attention as a new teaching model to cultivate students' autonomy,innovation and practical ability.Physical education in Colleges and universities is an important part of education.In the education of ancient times,the six basic skills(Li,Yue,Zhao,Yu,Shu,Shu)possessed by the students were very important.On the occasion of the opening of the Thirteenth National Games,Xi Jinping,general secretary of the CPC Central Committee,President of the State Council and chairman of the Central Military Commission,delivered an important speech.Xi Jinping emphasized that sports bear the dream of national prosperity and national rejuvenation.Strong sports is China,Xing Xing's sports.We should put the development of sports on an important agenda,plan carefully,and firmly implement,and constantly create a new situation in the development of sports in China,and accelerate the construction of China into a sports power.I believe in learning the general secretary under the guidance of modern physical education will be more and more attention,teaching methods of college sports is also changing the trend of diversification of teaching mode is constantly updated,learning efficiency is also improved.College physical education as an important part of school education,basic sports is not only a course but in educating people,is the link of school and social ties,teach students lifelong sports skills,cultivate students' lifelong sports consciousness of this important mission.The quality of physical education is directly related to the key to the effect of talent training.Teaching mode is an important link and key to improve the quality of teaching.Therefore,the correct use of teaching mode is helpful to improve the quality of teaching.One of the proposed in the practice of curriculum reform in philosophy is to pay attention to scientific inquiry to enhance a variety of learning methods,to break the traditional sports teaching mode mainly adopts the "teach" teaching,an important content of scientific inquiry teaching and physical education curriculum reform,training in Colleges and universities is a hot emerging sports elective course in recent years,the traditional the teaching mode is not conducive to achieve the goal of teaching.Therefore,the teaching model should also be innovative.In this paper,based on studying and summarizing the results of previous studies,mainly using the method of literature research method,teaching experiment,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,randomly selected from the Hebei Institute of environmental engineering 2016 class training sports elective classes of 80 students as experimental subjects and were randomly divided into experimental class and control 40 classes,each class of experimental study.The experimental class adopted inquiry teaching model,while the control class adopted traditional teaching method.The experimental class and the control class in experiment teaching by the same teacher,the experimental class and the control class were screened and the indicators according to the experimental needs,according to the data of logical analysis finally draws the following main conclusions: before the experiment,the experimental class and the control class sports performance were analyzed,the two classes of students' physical quality and learning attitude and so on the basis of the pretest results showed that there were no significant differences between the indexes of the two classes of students;specific indicators after the experiment the test showed a significant difference;the experimental group and the control group sports skill evaluation,girls sit ups,800m;boys chin up,1000 m appeared significant difference,in addition the experimental results show that:(1)the inquiry teaching mode in college sports expand training teaching can improve students' learning interest and learning attitude.(2)inquiry based teaching model can improve students' self-confidence and cohesion.(3)inquiry based teaching model can enhance students' sense of cooperation.(4)the inquiry teaching model is beneficial to the extension of the physical education curriculum,to improve the students' enthusiasm for physical exercise after class,and to improve the students' physical quality.(5)adopt inquiry teaching model to form a good classroom atmosphere and teacher-student relationship,and stimulate students' desire to learn.
