| This paper has investigated systematically the training situations of American Medical students, including their training standards, goals and measures; arrangement of specialties and courses, training plans; teaching methods, length of schooling and management systems; as well as educational situations of various periods such as basic education, clinical practice and graduation education. On the basis of investigation, analysis, comparison and research, this paper has reflected deeply Chinese medical students' cultivation model and has used for reference American management systems of universities and advanced American experience in medical education. In addition, this paper has put forward some enlightenment and suggestions on our cultivation model. |
