Job burnout has been becoming the focus of psychological research in recent year. Many people pay great attention to teachers'burnout because burnout is common to teacher. The aim of the research is to find out the actuality and developmental characteristics of job burnout of middle school teachers in Guizhou province, the influences of demographic variables,job stress, organizational justice, teaching efficacy, social support on teachers'job burnout, and to explore the moderating and interactive effects of teaching efficacy and social support. In order to achieve the goal of this research, firstly, we translated and revised Maslach Burnout Inventory, designed correlative teachers burnout effective factors inventories. Then we Investigated 464 middle school teachers of Guizhou province by using these Inventories. The results show: The middle school teachers'burnout is not serious on the whole,but many teachers have a tendency towards burnout in Guizhou province; The development of burnout of middle school teachers in Guizhou province is a tendency of "low in two sides, high in Middle"With their teaching age, teachers with 6-10 years job experiences re- cord the highest scores on job burnout; Gender, schooling records, the title of profess- ional post, whether he is the class in charge , type of school and district have signific- cant influence to one or some dimensionality of teachers' job burnout , but grade of teaching don't effect the score of burnout significantly; Job stress and organizational justice have significant effect to teachers'burnout. Job stress mainly effects teachers' emotional exhaustion and depersonalization.Among all kinds of organizational justice ,leader justice is most effective; Teaching efficacy and social support from working environment have direct significant effect to teacher burnout. At the same time, teach- ing efficacy and social support can weaken the correlation between some job stressors and burnout, play moderating role between job stress and burnout. The interactive effect of the two variables influences teachers' emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment significantly.
