The study has studied Job Stress,Self-efficacy, Job Burnout and Job Satisfaction of the middle school teachers in Kunshan city Jiangsu province in the way of questionnaire. The study tools are the questionnaires of middle school teachers'Job Stress, and the ones of Self-efficacy and Job Burnout. The study has used the way of on-the-spot test, The research worker has distributed 300 questionnaires, and has retrieved 260 of them , The number of the effective questionnaires is 229, The rate of the effective recovery has reached 88 per cent .The purpose of the study : To inquire into the feeling of middle school teachers about Job Stress, Self-efficacy and Job Burnout; To inquire into the effection of demography variable; And to inquire into the relationship on Job Stress, Self-efficacy, Job Burnout.According to the result, the following conclusions have been drawn:1. Middle school teachers'Job Stress and Job Burnout present direct proportion. Examination Stress, interpersonal relationships between the family members, and Job Expectation can obviously cause Job Burnout.2. The feeling of Self-efficacy plays a mediation role between teachers'Job Stress and Job Burnout.3. The quality of the subjects don't affect Job Burnout obviously.4. There are great differences about sex, age, quality of schools in Job Burnout, Specificly, Male teachers are more liable to get extremely tired than female teachers; Teachers in key schools are more liable to sink into burnout than those in regular schools; Teachers under 30 are more liable to fall into burnout than those over 30.
