The infection to school, PE teacher, students and his or family is serious.The research used method of literature analysis, questionnaire, interview, logic analysis and statistic. I also used theory and method of modern risk management to investigate the risk in the injury of middle school PE action. Through the research, risk identification of injury of school PE action and its evaluation and related theory and method system was build up primarily. I also provide the method of risk treatment in the research. The main conclusion is follows:The accident of injury during the school PE action it is the injury happened during the PE action organized by school both inside and outside school (which includes physical education, physical competition in school, physical training in school and physical action outside school which is organized by school).
