Research On Risk Management Of The Youth Violence In Sport

Based on theories and methods of risk management, the investigation takes the problem of youth violence in sports as the research target to analysis. Through the method of literature, the method of questionnaire investigation, expert interview method and mathematical statistics, based on the identification of youth sports violence risk. And then, evaluate the youth sports violence risk by using taxis method and Pareto analysis method, which quantify the risk, finally put forward the risk treatment system of youth violence in sports, including risk avoidance, risk transfer, risk control and risk acceptance, according to the evaluation result.The conclusion as follows:1. Give the definition of the youth violence in sports and risk management of the youth violence in sports.2. According to the self-compiled "risk checklist of youth violence in sports", and finally to determine the risk of youth sports violence factors including environmental risk, personnel risk, management risk. There are 70 risk factors including 28 environmental risk factors,29 personnel risk factors, 13 management risk factors.3. The assessment of youth sports violence risk adopted taxis method and Pareto analysis method. The result of taxis method is that ranked in the top 8 of the risks are poor culture communication, self-quality is low, media misleading, family pressure, drinking behavior, self management ability is poor, peer influence and the referee. The result of Pareto analysis method is that a total of 8 risk factors for A class factor,2 B class factors, and other factors are C class factors. Two assessment methods are basically the same assessment result, which complement and verify each other.4. The risk treatment of youth violence in sports mainly include the risk treatment methods and the specific measures to deal with. The risk treatment methods of youth violence in sports are risk avoidance, risk transfer,risk control and risk acceptance,according to the evaluation result.
