Human-centered Idea Realize In The University Teaching

Education is a man- training activity whatever its level and type. It bears the responsibility for promoting man's spirit and developing man's personality. As a place of carrying out the higher education, universities must also undertake this arduous task and university teaching is an important way which realizes this task. However, the modern university teaching has important features that ignores the man. Under this situation, the author selects this subject: human-centered idea realize in the university teaching. The author attempts to perfect the university teaching theory and to guide the university teaching practice.The author first defines the core conceptions: human-centered idea, then in the process of introducing history of university teaching, the author makes detailed analyses of display of human-centered idea in the university teaching in various points of views. And the author tells the difference between humanistic, humanitarian, humanism and human-centered ideas, concludes that the essence of human-centered idea is that all kinds of human activities are centered and anchored by human existences, safety, self-esteem, development and fulfillment. The human-centered ideas spark throughout the history.Second, according to questionnaire from university students and interviews with university teachers, the author points out such defects in the university teaching now as imparting knowledge as main teaching target, filling container as main teaching way ,fixed textbooks as main teaching material, unequal relationship between teachers and students, classroom teaching characteristic of tedium and dullness, then makes macro-and micro-attribution.Third, on the basis of philosophy, psychology and sociology, the author puts forward the human-centered teaching mode and its structures.
