The research on the experiment of heterogeneity grouping in the subject of basketball for P.E Department A number of members on P.E teaching staff make kinds of experiment at teaching practice in the field of P.E teaching, among which the grouping teaching study is the most noticeable. Especially in recent years, our teaching staff has combined theory study with experiment study from the angle of teaching organization reform to explore the relation of the grouping teaching and the development of students, and was convinced of the essentiality of heterogeneity grouping gradually. Heterogeneity Grouping Teaching admits the differences among students and develops teaching practices by using these different facets. The delaminating -mixed organization, which creates a good classroom for students to study, meets the demands of teaching students accordance of their aptitude, as well as collaborative education. Not only does it improve students'achievement, but also cultivates the consciousness of cooperation, communion and competition, and shapes their healthy mentality, well emotion attitude and social adaptation ability. This mode flexibly divides study groupings and sets different teaching goals, to optimize the standard of evaluation and the means of the evaluation, and then to make every student develop well in the fields of cognization, sensibility and skills. By collecting data, interviewing the experts, investigating questionnaire, analyzing the statistics and making teaching experiment, we made a teaching experiment with four teams (two male teams and two female teams) from P.E Department of Shandong Normal University for about one semester. Comparing and analyzing data collected from the heterogeneity grouping teaching and the traditional teaching experiments, we draw a conclusion: 1. Heterogeneity Grouping Teaching is better than the traditional teaching method. This organization form has better pertinence for teachers to dominate every part of teaching.
