In the process of popular higher education, with more and more female graduates get jobs in society, their careers have made us open our eyes. It is significant and necessary to explore the actualities and influencing factors of female graduates' Careers, while showing the effect of higher education on them.Referring to career' s theory and psychology, sociology, education, the thesis is carried on by demonstration and documentation. It not only expounds the actualities and influencing factors of female graduates' careers, but also points out the expectance and requirement to higher education from female undergraduates. The thesis is divided into five chapters. Besides the preface of chapterl, Chapter2 briefs the career' s theory and the concerned concept. Chapter3 gives deep discussion on the actualities of female graduates' careers, according to the distribution of their vocations, the situation of their works and their living state and so on. Chapter4 is about the influencing factors of female graduates' careers. It includes the development and consciousness of society, the relations between members, the different groups, the background of education, the intelligence, the psychosomatic factor, their marriage and family life, and provincialism and so on. The last chapter points out that higher education should do something for female undergraduates so that they can make more successful in their careers in the future. The main point is: helping female undergraduates gain abundant professional attainment, build sound personality and right belief, wide their view, establish their career' s plan. Moreover, theideology of higher education should embody the idea of gender.The questionnaire and the outline of interview are attached in the last of the thesis.
