Research On Individual Career Management Of Higher Vocatjional Graduates

With the deepening of reform and opening-up and the progress of the Belt and Road and the entry of higher education into the popularization education in our country,graduates from higher vocational colleges,as highly skilled personnel,face both the opportunities and the pressures in the face of an increasingly fierce competitive market.After leaving the school,the higher vocational graduates how to find their own position and better their career development.It has become a school,government and parents and other issues of concern.To study the development of self-career management in their transition from career exploration to career establishment.It is conducive to the sustainable development of higher vocational education.And it is conducive to the steady progress of career management.This paper takes Jiaxing Vocational and Technical College as an example,aiming at the self-career management of vocational college graduates,according to the research idea of raising,analyzing and solving problems.First of all,starting from the characteristics of higher vocational graduates,adopts questionnaire method,from the career goals,career exploration,active learning,work relationship,to show themselves five dimensions[1],setting up a questionnaire research.Combining the five-year graduates' questionnaires in Jiaxing Vocational College,this paper explores the problems that arise in the self-career management of higher vocational college graduates from four aspects:career goals,career awareness,career communication and career development.On this basis,the paper finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve students' career management in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges should help students identify their own occupation anchors,cultivate their self-career management awareness,innovate management and communication practical courses,and provide students with personal career development planning strategies.
