For this reason we need to find a way to balance college and society, education and production, as well as career guidance and market demand. Moreover, we need strengthen the guidance for graduates’career planning and employment, in order to help college students better integrate into society and thus serve for it.From the view of career planning and final employment, this paper is set in the background of college graduates’ employment guidance. The purpose of this paper is to make better preparations for students’ employment, try to bring career guidance forward and make it throughout the whole college study. What’s more, it helps the students achieve the goals of employment by way of individual planning and employment guidance. The colleges can draw experience and lessons from it, which can be used to guide and promote the graduates’ employment. From the comprehensive analysis of the basis of employment, the cultivation of ideas, as well as the selection and plan of career, this paper aims to find some active factors, including the government, society, colleges, graduates and their families, so as to find a way to solve the problem and remit the contradiction in graduates’ employment.
