With the development of socialistic marketing economy, people's demand to higher education is increasing. The dimension of students in colleges is also increasing, age of popular higher education is coming to close. And these bring forward challenge to the students in colleges. This paper is about to college how to adapt the development of socialistic marketing economy, with the help of marketing theory, establish occupation pattern and marketing strategy fit to college students.Firstly, this paper introduce the occupation course of college students in China, at the same time analyse the questions and condition of occupation, so it is necessary to use marketing in the course of occupation. Secondly, expatiate the surroundings factors influencing the o ccupation of college s tudents, and these factors have different influences to the choices and concepts of college students' occupation. Thirdly, this paper introduce some occupation patterns in some foreign countries and Hongkong, and gained some apocalypse.After studying the occupation instances in Amercia, Germany, Hongkong, combine the specialty of China, bring forward the constitute principles of occupation pattern: system, forecast, difference, nicety and the occupation patterns fit to college students in China: customization, scutcheon, difference, object Lastly, this paper dissertate college's marketing strategy from five aspects: setting up marketing concept, founding marketing system, increasing marketing study, establishing marketing strategy, enlarging marketing range.
