With the rapid spread and fusion of global social economy and culture,the foreign advanced technology and talents flock in our country,the abroad pattern of education and training also affect the pattern of traditional education and training of our country.This paper is mainly about the research of the marketing pattern based on the requirement of the customers aimed at BS Company's teenagers education and development training project.In face of the attraction of foreign education and training mode and the fierce competition in the domestic training market,the BS Company how to avoid the spearhead to obtain competitive advantage,to build what kind of marketing pattern to meet the demand of customers,to solve these problems,this paper through the theory of horizontal comparison and the practical case to do the analysis and research.This paper adopts the data collection and the research methods of target customers to analyze the development situation and marketing competition of the domestic and overseas' adolescent education and training industry.Think about the actual condition and marketing situation of BS Company,analyzing the customers,the project structure,price system,marketing channels and the problem of marketing practice in the BS Company,to avoid the sharpness,protrude the characteristics.Through the research and study of related theories and literatures at home and abroad,and based on many experts and scholars in theory and practice research,combining the tools and methods of Service Marketing Theory 7P,4C Combined Marketing,Based on Customer's Requirements Theory 5R.Build Customer Relationships,Improve Customer Experience,then,this paper is going to research and build a combined marketing pattern which is conformed to the company characteristics and based on customer requirements,forming an effective and executable marketing pattern,and summarizing in practice.So there're some great reference value for the marketing pattern research and practical application of the teenagers education and development training industry.
