The Validity Research On Interpersonal Communication Of The Contemporary Undergraduate

Fine interpersonal interaction and communication ability has been one of important parameters measured talent quality of modern society. The undergraduates are valuable talent resource of nation, the wish of people and the future of motherland. In order to make undergraduates to be qualified builders and loyal successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics, their overall and harmonious development must be stressed. During accelerating teaching development of our higher education, interpersonal communication of undergraduates is one important problem solved urgently for their healthy growth and overall development. Under the background of globalization and during advancing harmonious society construction, we think, we must put a high value on social problems triggered by psychological problems of undergraduate community, especially by communication ability deficiency. We should introduce into a new type communication pattern to adjust and solve interpersonal interaction problem, to guide them to face the world, to look on the future, to orient the modernization, to realize physical and mental health development. It is required that contemporary undergraduate face reality to learn study, live and work, to set up a correct thought model and make thinking to be more elastic, more harmonious through exerting a subtle influence in order to make interpersonal relationship more harmonious. As a consequence, considering on their particular living environment, communication object, special psychological emotion and history responsibility, we should reestablish college communication spirit. After analyzing the background of thesis' theory, expounding to connotation, style and model construction of interpersonal communication, we build new communication bridge and create stressfully a kind of communication context and put forward several routes to realize new pattern. The exploration with superior force may be academic significance and practical value for growth and development of contemporary undergraduate.
