Research purpose:As the essence of Chinese culture,Wushu’s communication process is also consistent with the basic law of communication.It also has the five elements of the communication process,which is consistent with the classical Lasswell 5W communication model in communication studies.Guangdong Province,as one of the birthplaces of the South and the north of Chinese martial arts,once had many representative martial arts schools and martial arts masters in the history of martial arts development in China,and wrote a strong and colorful stroke in the history of martial arts development in China,but now the current situation of martial Arts in Guangdong Province is not ideal,many famous martial arts in history are even few now It’s known.In view of this situation,from the perspective of communication,this paper studies the communication of martial arts in Shantou City,Guangdong Province,using the 5W communication mode of Lasswell.Research methods:In this paper,by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,semi-structured interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other scientific research methods,the author studies the five aspects of Wushu communicators,communication contents,communication channels,Wushu audiences and communication effects in Shantou City,and summarizes the basic situation of the above aspects,analyzes and discusses the existing problems.Conclusion:The current situation of martial arts communication in Shantou City,Guangdong Province is as follows:(1)the main body of communication is mainly male,with a low proportion of female;the young and middle-aged martial arts communicators are the main body,supplemented by the old communicators;the professional characteristics are diverse,with martial arts coaches as the main body,and most communicators are relatively correct.(2)At the level of communication content,martial arts technology is the main content of the object technology layer,and the explanation of martial arts competition mode is the main content of martial arts system and custom layer.The dissemination of psychological value level content is not ideal as a whole.Most communicators only pay attention to the explanation of martial arts technology theory,ignoring the deep-seated content of martial arts,such as fitness and health preservation thought,traditional philosophy thought and military strategy.(3)At the level of communication channels,interpersonal communication is mainly face-to-face communication;organizational communication is mainly to organize martial arts performances and martial arts competitions;the utilization of mass communication channels is not ideal,and most of the mass media have not been fully used.(4)At the level of communication audience,mainly male,with a low proportion of women;mainly young people under 30 years old and elderly people over 50 years old;most of the audience want to understand the spiritual connotation of martial arts through martial arts communication activities,and hope to receive communication information through new media tools.(5)At the level of communication effect,the communication effect at the cognitive level is relatively ideal,and the overall effect at the attitude level is acceptable,but in the follow-up,we should pay attention to constantly making up for the defects and deficiencies.The following problems exist in the spread of martial arts in Shantou City,Guangdong Province:(1)at the level of the main body of the spread,there are the problems of "Absence" of social martial arts fans and the lack of correct mentality of some martial arts communicators;(2)at the level of the spread content,at the level of the martial arts system and customs,there are the spread of focusing on the martial arts competition mode,the spread of the martial arts etiquette norms,martial arts ethics,martial arts inheritance mode and other contents The situation that the intensity of broadcasting still needs to be strengthened.At the level of martial arts psychological value,most communicators only pay attention to the explanation of martial arts technical theory,but ignore the deep-seated content communication problems of martial arts,such as fitness and health preservation thought,traditional philosophy thought and military strategy;(3)at the level of communication channels,mainly in the use of mass communication channels is not ideal,the survey found that most mass communication media,especially The new media tools such as the Internet and official account of We Chat,which are widely expected by the audiences,have not been fully utilized in the process of Wushu dissemination,nor have they played their due role and value.The countermeasures to promote the spread and development of Wushu in Shantou City,Guangdong Province are as follows:(1)to increase the training for the main body of communication,to guide the communicators to form correct communication ideas;(2)to deeply explore the cultural connotation of Wushu,to constantly improve the content system of Wushu communication;(3)to make full use of various media,to strengthen the publicity of Wushu;(4)to study the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the audience,to stimulate the audience’s Participation behavior.
