It is beneficial to improve the whole level of our discus throw and to train excellent athletes that the discus throw technique and technical training menthods of WuJian is analyzed and diagnosed. WuJian who won the silver in the third youthful world championship of track and field events is selected as my research object. The synchronism images were taken by two JVC9800 high-speed cameras in 200fps and analyzed by the SIMI-motion video analytical system. The results as follows:(l) the release velocity of WuJian is lower than the outstanding athletes. The mainly factor affects his score is that the vertical velocity of release discus is low.The angle of release is smaller than the outstanding athletes. The height of release is lower in relation to his body height.(2)During rotation,WuJian's discus runable orbit is fluency and long, but it is short in delivery phase and the slope of discus is low.(3) when left foot takeoff, pull angle is big. During airborne phase, the ability of keeping the discus behind the body is poor. The time of transition phase is short and the technique is finished well. It is not helpful to throw discus that the distance of his feet is longer during delivery phrase. When discus release, the angle of left knee is small, the shoulder-hip angle is big and the pull angle is small. The technique of release discus is not finished well.(4)His technical Training Menthods and contends make good results. The more the contest period draw near, the higher the percentage of technical training is.The intensity of technical training is higher. The percentage of his training with heavy instruments is high.
