Discus throw technique is mainly from the preparation stage, the initial stage, the flight phase, interface phase and the last exertion. Technical requirements of modern discus force in ensuring the technical quality of the final basis, to improve the effectiveness and speed of rotation technology utilization, the pursuit of the best overall technical efficiency.Recent decades, the penetration of modern technology and intervention, prompted awareness level of the discus constant breakthroughs in technology, technical analysis of the relevance and increasing the level of standardization, more accurate and specific technical points, closely related with the specific technical skills training further expand and deepen the concept of system. The result of women's discus is excellent in Jinan National Games. To 66.40 m , the champion Yanfeng Li set out No.1 in the world with distinction in 2009,and to 65.44m , the runner-up Aimin Song set out No.5 in the world. With the resolution of high-speed camera system, we obtained the three-dimensional kinematic indicators and parameters of the top eight players to provide a reference for the scientific training of athletes. With two portable high-speed video titanium acquisition system ,which made in Japan, Close-range fixed-point shooting in the game site, the height of the two cameras is 1.2 meters, the main axis is 90°, the distance is 12 meters, and the frequency is 100Hz, we demarcated the range of motion with three-dimensional calibration frame Peak of USA.This paper studies are: the definition and temporal characteristics of time and space technology division of the discus; throwing technique of spatial and temporal characteristics of each movement time; throwing technique arm - shoulder - the structure of space-time characteristics of the hip movements; Throw in the lower limbs of changes in spatial Features; throwing technique discus body center of gravity and center of mass changes in spatial characteristics, the results show that:1. From joint angle changes in spatial characteristics can be seen, good upper body and shoulders to ensure that the location and the shoulder axis and the hip axis in various stages of tightening degree of spatial and temporal changes in the structure and rhythm of the Players is essential.2. Pull the last shot angle and throw when the correlation coefficient score r = 0.82, showed a significant positive correlation, indicating that within a certain range, the last time Pull shot higher angle, throwing the better results.3. Pull angle analysis shows that a good throwing arm to grasp the timing of the final force is essential, and finally whipped hair force too early or too late, throwing arm strength finally made too large or too small, these will affect the formation of the discus when the last shot State stability. 4. In the preparation and the beginning phase, the running track of the eight athletes'center of gravity and centroid of discus into the vacated phase in two"reverse 7"types. The first inflection point is obvious, and the second one is rounded which the champion and the runner-up included.5. The displacement about center of gravity and centroid of discus show the size of the instruments'rotational radius, it is the least when the eight athletes'right feet off the ground, in the other way, it is the largest when they vacated.6. The speed's variational rule about the center of gravity and centroid of discus is that accelerating all together in the beginning, the former reach to peak value in vacated phase, and the latter ascend suddenly as a result of the former dropping abruptly in the final exertion.
