Multimedia computers have the power of integrating sounds, motions, with texts and pictures, while networks technique enable the computers with comparatively convergent information linked with an open system so that the distant information can be taken in and transmitted via broader channels and the information resources will therefore be enriched greatly. Computers and Internet play important roles in the integration of information technology(IT) and Mathematics teaching. They not only provide teachers with powerful modern teaching approaches, but also bring great influences on the values, aims, contents, the way of learning and teaching of Mathematics. The integration of IT with Mathematics teaching appears in the forms of CAI. This dissertation not only discovers the four types of coursewares ( the Coursewares for Demonstration, the Web-based Coursewares for Practice, the Web-based Coursewares for Self-determined Study, and the Web-based Coursewares for Experiments) applied to the classroom teaching of Mathematics, but also explores the theoretical foundation, the design principles and the module structures of them. Besides it introduces the study modes, the teaching procedures and the teaching strategies while using the coursewares. Furthermore, some cases are provided, presenting how to design, produce and apply these coursewares to the classroom teaching of Mathematics. The Coursewares for Demonstration present the information in the form of multimedia by utilizing computers and projectors to. It can help to present those the traditional measures can't do well. If used appropriately, it can improve the students'Mathematics learning environment and classroom teaching effects. The Coursewares for Practice provide the students with individualized practice environment of Mathematics learning. The teachers and students choose proper quantity of problems with proper difficulty and training time, and the computers present students with changing mathematical problems. After students'solving the problems via the keyboards, the computers will immediately make judges and give corresponding replies according to students'answers. Learners reach the individualized mathematical training and testing aims by interacting with the computers. The Web-based Coursewares for Self-determined Study provide abundant mathematical learning resources and learning guides to form individualized mathematical learning environment by applying the techniques of multimedia and networks,in which the students make use of the learning resources and study guides provided by the coursewares instead of being instructed by teachers. The students study self-determinedly individually or in groups of three or four at one computer, discovering, cooperating and communicating to reach an active meaningful mathematical construction based on their former knowledge and experience. The Web-based Coursewares for Experience build an experimental environment with the techniques of multimedia and networks in which the students can do mathematical experiments, observing, guessing, testifying, concluding, expressing, communicating, taking notes. The students'way of learning mathematics changes from listening to doing under the instruction. By studying the four types of CAI coursewares in Mathematics classroom teaching, we know how to take the advantages of IT to develop the space and environment for the students to observe, think, conclude ,guess and study self-determinedly, to enable the students to have more time and chances to be engaged in advanced mathematical thinking and understanding its nature. We also see that computers and networks provide students with abundant resources. IT has become students'powerful tools of learning Mathematics and solving problems. IT has also changed students'way of learning , motivating them to spend more time and energy in practical and exploring mathematical activities. Furthermore, we've found how IT has influenced teachers'way of teaching and their teaching effects. Documentary Approach and Experience are mainly adopted to accomplish this research. Documentary Approach enabled me to get to know the former research results of the experts and scholars of the world. My personal experience supplied me with a lot of live materials, the summary and abstraction of which enabled me to further my understanding the models of CAI Coursewares in Mathematics Classroom Teaching and ensure the completion of the dissertation smoothly.
