The Research On The Constructible Problems In The Management Mode And Hatch System Of The National University's S&T Park

In the past 10 years, our country's university's S&T park has made great progress and contributed hugely to the industrialization of the high tech. But because of the reasons of the history and system, in contrast with the advanced countries, our country's most university's S&T park are still in the primary stage. By the market economy system's setting up and enterprise's expanding, the management problems of the university,enterprise registered in university's S&T park, university's S&T park self have become worse. These problems include obsolete concept, property right blur, not definite relationship between right and responsibility, not clear distinction between government and enterprise etc., that have hindered the transforming from technical production to productivity and the hatcher's function 's running. From the point of view of management science, this dissertation explains that a university's S&T park's management system is the key to the hatch ability's bringing into play. Through carefully analyzing the university's S&T park's running status, this dissertation induces the general running rules of university's S&T park, and according to the rules, brings forward the issues that need to be paid much attention to and the corresponding strategy in the future developing. Based on the building status of the hatcher, the dissertation brings forward the strategies that further drive the transforming from technical production to productivity. The dissertation includes seven chapters. First chapter introduces the background, purpose, innovative point and research method of the dissertation. Second chapter depicts the foreign country's university's S&T park's developing course. In the third chapter, through analyzing the foreign country's and our country's university's S&T park's management system, the dissertation gives some advises about the developing direction of the university's S&T park. Fourth chapter discussing the hatch system of university's S&T park, and point out the relationship between the university's S&T park's management system and hatch system. Fifth chapter points out the main problems of university's S&T park's management mode and hatch system. Sixth chapter gives the strategy to the problems. Seventh chapter is conclusion.
