Study On China University Science Park Management Style

The history of China University Science Park is relatively short, beginning in the mid-1980s. The studies which according the systematic on China University Science Park and its management models are also very immature, just at the start stage compared to foreign countries', only about 20 years history.Before that, the research on China University Science Park management evolves from Business Incubator, mainly concentrated on the management point, in spite of some establishment; however, they have not probed into University Science Park management model's formation and development from a deeper level, there exists some limitations.Based on the previous research achievements, this paper creatively introduces the economic model into the research of University Science Park's management to explore the nature of University Science Park, finding out its public and private dual nature; on this foundation, combined with management theory, the paper uses"Entropy " model structure to discuss the University Science Park's typical management model in different attributes. Next, combined with the park's different building models, the paper discusses its attributes and management models. Then, the paper focuses on the analysis of the University Science Park's management system, dividing it into macro- guidance level, meso-coordination level and micro-operation level, and discussing the narrow-sense University Science Park management model particularly -- Several micro-management model: the government-management, coordination and government support-type. Finally, the paper points out China's University Science Park management model's problems as well as solutions.The innovation of the paper is to put the research of University Science Park management model on the basis of economic theories and let the management model establishment link with economic laws, making readers understand University Science Park management model establishment profoundly. Also this paper has a strong guiding significance to improve University Science Park management model.
