Since Ministry of Education issued "the notice on popularizing information technology education in the middle and primary schools" in November of 2000, the information technology education in the middle and primary schools of our country has stepped into a fast-developing stage. However, while the information technology education is developing rapidly, there are some problems that can't be ignored. For example, there are formalism polarity, fetishism polarity, pure instrumentalism polarity, etc. in the information technology education practice. The polarity of neglecting humanity has also brought some negative effects in information technology teaching, such as the "container people effect" of the information technology, lacking of emotion communication in information technology teaching, negative interfering with study of multimedia information and so on. This urges us to review information technology education deeply in order to develop healthily. The purpose of this paper is to seek the origin of the problems of information technology education, discuss the scientific and humanism solution to the problems and put forward some ameliorative tactics incarnating "humanism care" .This paper mainly discusses three aspects of the information technology education. They are the environmental construction, the classroom instruction and the educational evaluation. These three aspects make up a relatively independent information technology education subsystem. The influence of the three aspects is correlative and interactional. It's necessary to consider and implement the consistent melioration of the three aspects so as to achieve the goal of information technology education.Firstly, this paper analyses the existing problems in the information technology education in terms of humanity so as to reveal the origins. On this basis, the paper discusses humanism care in the information technology education and draws humanism theory synthetically such as humane philosophy, culture philosophy, pedagogy, psychology etc. to seek the ideas and principles of solving the problems of the information technology education. Finally, the paper puts forward some ameliorative tactics incarnating the ideas and principles of "humanism care" for the information technology education. The tactics harmonize the three aspects of information technology education subsystem synthetically, from environmental construction to classroom instruction and to educational evaluation.
