Women who are confronted with the sex discrimination of employment have become the general phenomenon in every country. We should pay close attention to it, because the women's development is relate to the efficiency and impartial of society. World Bank Policy Research report point out that sex discrimination requires the cost of productivity, efficiency and development. Now the employment put the high demands forward women, and it makes the women disadvantageous in the competition; there is a quite gap of the income between the women and men; the rate of employment about the women is low; the occupation's isolation still lies in some industry. This phenomenon let people to think about the sex discrimination reasons in the calling of society's impartial and equality of sexes. So, how to realize the sex discrimination to women in employment? How to avoid the un-equal phenomenon's expand by some measures? These are questions worthy of thoughts, research and exploration, and they have important theory and reality sense.The paper sets forth the concept of sex discrimination of employment to the readers by means of concept analysis. The paper introduces some theories of sex discrimination in the west for preparation of next paper. Then, through the ranks analysis of women's employment situation since the foundation of China, the paper advances the un-completely program employment style, the program employment style relate to the program employment system, from program employment to market employment, and the comparison of chance to women in different occupations. The paper draws a conclusion that although the women's employment situation has changed a lot , but they are also in the underground of transform of society. The women are still influenced by traditional sex idea and character difference, and limited by their physical trait. The women's culture level is not high because of the educational discrimination and country's policies have un-system and soft restrain. The series deeper causes behind the society phenomenon lead that the question of women's sex discrimination of employment has not been solved. It doesn't benefit the women's development, and destroys the society's impartial. Compare with the women's employment policy in the west, we can find some policies on employment are good and ours' defects. It's apparent that it is time to carry out the mainstream policy that means putting sex consciousness to social development and mainstream of policy-making. According to the idea, the paper advises: Under the balance development of social culture environment of sexes, the government formulates and implements the policy to help women take more educations, and developschannels and spaces policy of women's employment. Further perfect the present policy of impartial laws and reproduction defend system to change thoroughly the un-impartial situation of women's employment.
