In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s higher education,a new type of higher education institution established by various socialized forces according to the new model and new mechanism--private colleges and universities has been born.It means that the birth of private enterprises can make enterprises in our country’s higher education system of running a school of huge energy,is our country’s higher education from "elite mode" to "popular model" transformation,a key step in the development of its operating mode from the traditional dependence on national finance in colleges and universities,has the independent recruitment of students,teaching,management,academic degree certificate,and in the financial accounting system.According to the latest data released by the ministry of education,there were 26 private universities in Chongqing in 2019,including 9 undergraduate schools and 17 junior colleges.Of the 224,000 graduates from regular colleges and universities in Chongqing in 2019 alone,more than 54,000 are from private colleges and universities.Such a large number of students have brought great pressure and challenges to the employment in Chongqing.Many private colleges and universities are not highly recognized by the society due to their short schooling time,insufficient brand building and weak teaching staff.Meanwhile,the graduates of private colleges and universities are also questioned by the society from all walks of life.Chongqing municipality to solve the problem of employment,the efficient allocation of resources of college students better,introduced various types of employment policy,implement functions include promote employment ability,create jobs,to broaden employment channels,optimize the employment environment,etc.,but these policies in the process of private college students employment,execute tend to appear deviation,analysis its reason mainly has four kinds: one is the policy itself factors,such as unclear policy information,etc.;Second,the thematic factors of the policy implementation,such as the policy preaching is not in place;Third,the objective factors of policy implementation,such as the employability of college students in private colleges;Fourth,environmental factors in policy implementation.At the end of this paper,it mainly discusses the countermeasures and Suggestions to optimize the implementation of the employment policy for college students in private colleges and universities in Chongqing.Secondly,we should strengthen the policy guarantee mechanism and promote the employment at the primary level.Secondly,we should protect policy resources and improve the construction of employment information network.Finally,we should strengthen government supervision and improve the employment environment.
