The Research On Education Technology Quality Cultivation Of University Teachers

Education technology is the propeller of education reformation and informationization in the 21~st.That university teachers have good education technology quality is the important guarantee to bring its impetus into play.So,how to improve and strengthen the cultivation of university teachers'education technology quality is the important category of present education technology research.However,our investigation and analysis show these:At present,our country studies less about the problems of teacher's education technology quality. The situation of both the teachers'mastery of the education technology and the training for them is not optimistic. In case of this,if we take a systemaic study and expatiation on it,this not only will be supplement on its research field,but also can contribute to the cultivation and grasp of teacher's education technology quality.Therefore,this thesis supplies a comprehensive and systematic analysis and exploration about the education technology quality for university teachers. It not only elaborates the existing problems in university teachers'cultivation and training in our country.Finally, this thesis,corresponding to the existing situation,put forward some suggestions and makes some exploration about education technology quality cultivation of university teachers.
