The era of knowledge economy's coming with advance in science and technology's influence, will certainly to enhance the liberal arts undergraduate overall quality's request day by day. The science and technology quality is the important composition of the overall quality, it will be the liberal arts undergraduate survives in the future, the development, the enhancement intrinsic condition and realizes the life value essential foundation. As the group of high knowledge and intelligence standard in the population, the science and technology quality of the liberal arts talent should be corresponding with it. As a result of our country elementary education stage's deviation, caused the science and technology education to be far away from the liberal arts undergraduate early, and the partial flaws of their overall quality. How to strengthen the training of their science and technology quality, is the topic which higher education will be worth paying attention from now on, also will be the starting point which this paper argument.This paper mainly use the approaches of literature studying, systematic analysing, comparison analysing and diagram, has been carried on quite realistic and systematic research to the necessity and the feasibility of the liberal arts undergraduate science and technology quality and cultivation, as well as the education standard and the practice innovation.This paper believed that the profound influence which produces to the human society production and the social life aspects looked from the science and technology, higher education strengthens the liberal arts undergraduate science and technology quality cultivation is necessary. It will not only be the need of the liberal arts undergraduate meets in the future to develop, but also their objective need of all-round development and daily life. At the same time, as the new times liberal arts talent, their science and technology quality will affect their wisdom level, then, will affect the national soft strength promotion.Researches how to carried on the question of the science and technology quality cultivation to the liberal arts undergraduate, the related theories are take the foundation and the basis of the instruction practice, realized the foundation and the education condition are the practice safeguard.
