Applying Diagnosis And Effect Test Of Evaluation Methods For PE Teaching

Evaluation is necessary in PE teaching .It is required that scientific evaluation method could raise the quality of PE teaching. The paper has put forward some diagnoses and settlement. On the basis of before research in a micro viewpoint, regarding the limitation of evaluation method and inadequacy of applying process. It includes as following:(1) rational use of interior structure of index, the interior of scientific evaluation index has something to do with hierarchy index in lower degree. The upper and lower indices at different level have similarities in higher degree. The result shows that relevant co-efficiency and dynamic index selection might increase, its accuracy and objectivity.(2) The selection of fuzzy calculation mode in overall fuzzy evaluation has an impetus on the result .It point out: whether different fuzzy calculation mode determining evaluation index 's importance plays a substantial role in the process or not. A larger number of indices and unbalanced weight will lead to ineffectiveness of judgment at most approximation.(3)The main element and factor analysis need more information of index . The standardization of the data is required as well. Owing to the valid advantages, its liable to omit the main elements and factors .It is necessary for us to test them.(4)The consistency of before and after value state and steady distribution of the maximum affects the construction of Markov Linking shift matrix. The research shows: the disposition of data and mode will settle severe conditions of Markov Linking applying.(5) The quantity of steps will influence the consistency of the Analytic Hierarchy Process judge matrix. The identical judgment is a key factor to the Analytic Hierarchy. It might be tested and corrected if necessary.
