Curriculum reform in China Education has been reformed eight times. Since 2013, China's education has entered the phase of comprehensive reform which is to expand around the evaluation reform from the past single reform. Science,multivariate and to the students' development as the core is the general requirements of this evaluation reform. This paper studies on Mathematical Academic based on the diagnosis by using documentary research?Delphi method?test evaluation method?case analysis method and empirical study method.This paper is divided into four chapters, specific content as follows:Chapter One:Introduction. Narrates the background, value and innovation of this study.Chapter Two:Combing the basic concept of this study. Mainly combed several concepts about the test, measurement, examination and evaluation. The types of evaluations and items has been classified in this chapter. The difficulty?discrimination and validity of item analysis and reliability and validity of test has been defined in this paper too.Chapter Three:Construct the model of mathematical academic assessment. In this paper, firstly the principle, function and main theoretical foundation of mathematical academic assessment has been combed, secondly a model of mathematical academic assessment which includes how to set evaluation index system and how to determine the way of scoring and how to present the evaluation results has been Constructed.Chapter Four:Practical application of this model. In this paper, A living example which used this model to supervise and evaluate the level of Mathematical Academic Evaluation about the whole district has been Presented.
