Everything has own regulation. We must accord to the regulation of development. In order to improve the university students'health, we must grasp the factors that affect the university students'health. Flowing the objective regulation, we develop our subjective initiative, and explore a set of count measure to defend the university students'health. Our Party and government always concern youth's growth. Because the environment is destroyed continuously, and the behavior is unhealthy, the pollution of the environment and mental disease are more outstanding and tough. To improve the university students'health is not only knowledge, but also complicated system engineering. The demand of society, school and family create conditions together, make the university students keep off the danger and tend the health, become a useful person for our country. The full text divides four parts as follows: The first part preceded the research to the health connotation. The new concept in health is to points the body, mental state and the social perfect appearance, but no disease or infirmities. Sub health is that body has no the obvious disease, but presents the vitality lower, adapting reports the different degree decrease, being lied in the health disease with a kind of physiology function lower, also called "the third appearance"or "gray appearance". The second part introduced the history and present conditions of the university students'health in our country. The university students'health developed and ameliorated with the productivity. If no productive development, the students'health couldn't progress unremittingly. We can say that the health level is a kind of social manifestation of productivity development. It can be divided into four stages mostly: (1) In 1949 our country founding, Chinese society experiences the turbulence of a hundred years with continue war, at that time the university students suffered the bad living conditions, lacking to the medicine, sinking in the heavy study mission at the same time. So above students in 60% were placed in sub health, all kinds of infectious disease inside the campus usually broke out. (2) The period of modernization developments (50's to 1978): The infectious disease was controlled. State Education Commission, Ministry of Public health, StatePhysical Culture and Sports Commission announced the concerning the associative instruction of school caring, clarified budget source. In our country the university students'health got the concerns by the Party and the government, every kind of disease out broke lower year by year, but the growth index still signed than the developed countries. (3) After reforming and opening (from 1978 to 1999): The third meeting of the Party 11th congress made sure regarding economic developments as center, practicing reforming and opening, people's living level got bigger increasing. University students'living condition got improvement, too. School hygiene business budget increased year by year, the university students'growth index sign had neared to the middle developed countries. (4) Entering 21 centuries (start in 2000 till now): In 2000, our country hygiene health care is already scale. Now, our country has entered great history with middle –class family completely. Along with the living horizontal increases continuously, physiology index signs of university students'are placed in good appearance, every kind of disease gets valid control, students positively attend health education, good hygiene habits develop gradually, but alongwith vigorous social compete, every kind of mental disease rises, however, it is different from the bio-psycho-social medical model obviously. The third part announced the factor of affecting university students'health now, having primarily below five aspects: (1) Social factor: Social politics, economic unsteady factor, social had culture permeating to university, the current irregularity of hygiene service level and the care system in university, the problem of home education of the only child, the problem of network conjecture world, and outlook in life, value, life events influencing body and mind, etc. (2) Natural environment factor: Such as the environment pollution of atmosphere and noise , or nature disaster of earthquake ,flood , volcanoes , typhoon , tidal wave .etc.(3) Mental factor: The study competition causes the strain, the human relations companies with obstacle, loving and sexual perplexity, the mental state is not good ready for choosing job. (4) Behavior factor: There is smoking, drinking to excess, the bad hygiene habits, individual students existing high dangerous behavior. (5) Biology factor: Living creature heredity disease and the threat of theinfectious disease. The fourth part offers the countermeasure that would improve the university students'health. There are three systems. (1) Society support system: International community improves the environment of earth. The government will continually strengthen their works for defend the citizens'health. Medical science would be developed as soon as possible. (2)University support system: ①Having joined the WTO , our country is reforming the management system of university hospitals and improving the level of medical treatment health care .②Puts hard works on the health promotes the school work. ③Develops the school advantage and carry out the lesson of health education lesson energetically. ④Prevent previously and periodically carry out the health cheek-up. ⑤Enhance the legalization and information of university, handling the abrupt public hygiene affairs. ⑥Carries out careful the food hygiene laws and regulations, enhance the food hygiene management and the nourishment guide. ⑦Develop the psychology consults for the university students. ⑧Abundant the campus culture and promote the health intent access. ⑨Tackle the...
