Cultivating innovative teacher has become the bottleneck of innovation education against its development .The thesis believes that the target of innovation education is to cultivate one's innovation spirits, innovation personality and innovation ability. Intelligence factors affect innovation directly, but the can't be the main factors for college students, what's more, intelligence factors can't function without the participation of non-intelligence, so the cultivation of non-intelligence is vital to the improvement of innovative quality of college students.Base on themes of question consciousness, extracurricular study motivation, attitude on experiment, aspiration for employment, desire for research and competition, and the like, questionary survey containing 30 questions was carried out on 1913 students of chemistry department of Hunan Normal University, Hunan University of Science and Technology, Hengyang Normal University, Hunan University of Science and Engineering, Huaihua University, Hunan University of Humanities and Science; to find out he influence of non-intelligence such as world view, outlook on life and study viewpoint on modern college student, by the way of team discussion, a group named "Happy Weekend "was organized: Made on-the-spot investigation on the " study interest groups " of 2000 grades of Hunan University of Humanities and science.
